Propzumi (propzumi.com) is operated by SwiftGo Mobility Technologies Ltd (“we”, “us”). By accessing and using Propzumi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Service Description

Propzumi is a property management platform designed for Nigerian landlords to manage their properties, track rent payments, manage tenants, and monitor expenses. The service is provided “as is” and may be updated or modified at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it as needed. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Data Accuracy

Financial data, payment records, and property information entered into Propzumi are managed by you. We do not guarantee the accuracy of calculations or projections based on user-entered data. Always verify important financial decisions with a qualified professional.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Propzumi for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the service.
