How agents work on Propzumi

Agents bring homes and show them. The money still goes where it should.

Identity first

Agents submit their NIN (and LASRERA registration in Lagos, where they have one). The badge only appears after the check passes.

Fees shown upfront

The agent's fee is written on the listing and in your move-in breakdown. No surprise "agreement" or "inspection" charges.

Rent never passes through an agent

Even on an agent's listing, rent and caution deposit settle directly to the landlord's verified bank account.
